Life insurance protects the people most important to you by providing financial security in the event of your natural or accidental death. This benefit is 100% company paid, and you’re automatically enrolled.

Coverage is for 2 times your annual salary, up to $2 million. The maximum without providing evidence of insurability (EOI) is $500,000.

Long-term disability

Long-term disability is a benefit through Manulife, with contributions paid by team members. Contributions are based on your annual salary and are taken from your paycheque on a biweekly basis. To qualify, you must be under the ongoing care of a doctor.

Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)

The employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) allows you to set aside between 2% and 10% of your compensation through payroll deductions to purchase Gen stock every six months at a price that is at least 15% below the fair market value.

The discounted price is locked in for a 12-month period. Enrollment periods are held twice a year in February and August.
