Wellness reimbursement
Fitness and exercise play a significant role in your overall well-being. To help you meet your physical goals, Gen will reimburse you up to US$450 (local currency equivalent) per calendar year for eligible fitness expenses, including gym memberships, personal trainers, and race entry fees.
How it works
How it works
There are two steps to be reimbursed for eligible expenses through Workday:
- Request pre-approval.
- Submit request for reimbursement.
For step 2, you must submit original receipts from the gym, health club, or other wellness or fitness expenses. You have one year to request reimbursement.
Reimbursements will be made through payroll within two pay periods after approval and will be treated as taxable income unless not required under local tax laws.
