Each year, Gen provides you with Benefit Plus points that you can use for a variety of benefits. Each point has a value of CZK 1.
Full-time team members receive 24 000 points at the beginning of the calendar year. Part-time team members receive a prorated number of points, based on your working hours.
If you join Gen midyear, you will receive a prorated number of points for the time remaining in the calendar year.

Health services
You can use your Benefit Plus points for dental care, pharmacy purchases, consultations with a psychologist, spa treatments, private clinics, massages, and much more.
Pension and life insurance
The statutory maximum contribution is 50 000 CZK (or 50 000 Benefit Plus points) per year.
How to make contributions
Once you sign a contract with the provider of your choice, you can set up your contribution amount on the Benefit Plus portal. You’ll need a scanned copy of your contract and payment details.
- Log in to the Benefit Plus portal.
- Go to e-shop and search for Pension or Life Insurance Increase.
- Enter the amount of your monthly contribution and complete all other fields.
- Attach your contract copy and insert payment details.
- Confirm your order in the basket.
Once you confirm the order, the number of points needed to cover your contributions through the end of the calendar year will be reserved. Gen will start making your contributions a month later, with your payroll, if your contract is approved.
Change or cancel your contributions
To increase, decrease, or cancel your contributions:
- Log in to the Benefit Plus portal.
- Go to e-shop and search for Increase or Decrease the Contribution to Pension or Life Insurance.
- Contributions increase/decrease: Enter the amount by which you want to increase or decrease your current contributions.
- Contribution cancellation: Decrease your current contribution by the full amount you’re currently contributing to get a “0” result.
- Confirm your order in the basket.
Once you confirm the order, the system will automatically edit the number of reserved points in your “Pension/Life Insurance Contribution” wallet. If cancelling your contributions, any remaining points will become available again in your “My Basic Package” wallet.
Restaurants and grocery stores
You can use your Benefit Plus points in restaurants and grocery stores with your Benefit Plus Visa card. The maximum monthly limit is 116 CZK multiplied by the number of days you worked in the previous month.
To order your Visa card or transfer points to your meal allowance wallet, log in to your account on the Benefit Plus portal and navigate to the e-shop.
Once you transfer points to your meal allowance wallet, they cannot be transferred back to your basic points package.
Other benefits
With your Benefit Plus points, you can pay for travel, cinema or theatre tickets, massages, squash court rentals, MultiSport cards, foreign language courses, childcare, and more.
When you leave Gen
If you leave the company between the first and 15th day of the month, you are entitled to half that month’s allocation of points. If you leave the company after the 15th day of the month, you are entitled to that month’s full allocation of points. You will forfeit the points for the remainder of the year.
Similarly, if you begin a maternity leave between the first and 15th day of the month, you are entitled to half that month’s allocation of points. If you begin your leave after the 15th day of the month, you are entitled to that month’s full allocation of points. You will forfeit the points for the remainder of your leave. During your leave, you cannot use points for restaurants and grocery stores, MultiSport, pension, or life insurance.
