OPD benefits

To help you stay fit and be healthy, Gen offers you and your family a complete health protection package. This health plan covers a wide range of preventive and reactive health support benefits to ensure that your family can stay well. This cover is through Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, powered by the Bajaj Finserv Health app.

Eligibility

All full-time team members are eligible for this OPD cover. It is also extended to up to five dependants: your spouse, two dependent children up to age 25, and your dependent parents.

Cover

Each covered individual can receive benefits up to the cover limit of ₹15,000 per year.

  • Doctor consultation (₹15,000): Get instant telephone, video, or chat consultations with doctors of your choice in your preferred language. Avail in-clinic consultation with doctors across multiple specialties.
  • Prescribed and preventive diagnostics (₹15,000): Book diagnostic and radiology lab tests prescribed by your doctor or preventive health check-ups via the Bajaj Finserv Health app. Alternatively, you can be reimbursed on the app for prescribed and preventive lab tests.
  • Sublimits: Only a portion of the overall ₹15,000 limit can be used for these benefits:
    • Dental care (₹7,500): Reimbursement for dental check-ups and procedures
    • Vision care (₹7,500): Reimbursement for eye check-ups or prescribed spectacles
    • Prescribed pharmacy (₹4,000): Reimbursement for medicines prescribed by doctors
    • Vaccination (₹4,000): Reimbursement for WHO-approved vaccines

No unused benefits carry forward to the next plan year.

How to access the Bajaj Finserv Health app

  1. You will receive an email from Bajaj Finserv Health.
  2. Click the link to download the Bajaj Finserv Health app.
  3. Select Corporate Login after opening the app.
  4. Enter your mobile number and verify it with the OTP received.
  5. Enter your corporate email ID to complete your login.
  6. Click the verification link you receive in your email.
  7. After you’re redirected to the home screen, click the Active Plan section.
  8. Select Norton Health Prime Plan and start using your benefits.

Reimbursement

Claim reimbursements through the Bajaj Finserv Health app.

Request reimbursement within 30 days of availing any service or receiving a prescription.

Request reimbursement within 90 days of receiving a prescription for a chronic disease (e.g., hypertension or diabetes).

Claims will be reimbursed directly to your bank account within 48 business hours.
