Eligibility

All U.S. team members who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the group legal plan.

How it works

Enroll as a new hire or during the annual Open Enrollment period, and you can speak to an attorney in person or by phone whenever you need help.

You also have access to ARAG’s online library, where you can search a collection of articles, guidebooks, newsletters, videos, and online legal documents to learn more about specific legal matters.

Plan options

Choose between two plans for the coverage that best fits the needs of you and your family.

UltimateAdvisor

  • $8.42 per pay period
  • Covers most common legal matters, including:
    • Creating a will or trust
    • Selling or buying a house
    • Family law issues (e.g., name change, adoption, divorce, elder law, guardianship, conservatorship)
    • Primary residence legal matters
    • Consumer protection issues

UltimateAdvisor plus

  • $9.69 per pay period
  • Provides the same coverage as the UltimateAdvisor plan plus these additional services:
    • Immigration issues
    • Traffic tickets
    • Secondary residence legal matters
    • Tax services
    • Services for parents and grandparents

You’ll still save money when using a network attorney, even if your legal matter is not fully covered (and not excluded) under your plan. Your attorney will provide a reduced fee that will be at least 25% off their normal hourly rate.

How to enroll

Enroll through benefitsolver.com (or through Benefitsolver on MyApps) as a new hire or during the annual Open Enrollment period. 

Once enrolled, download the ARAG Legal app to select and connect with a network attorney wherever you go. 

If you leave Gen, you can enroll in a similar plan through ARAG within 90 days of your last day of employment. You’ll be responsible for paying ARAG directly.
